Arvo Global Companies is pleased to announce that effective March 1, 2023, Reid Takamura is filling the position of Vice President of Arvo Global Pipelines Infrastructure.

In his new role, Reid will focus on working with each project team to ensure that all members are effectively managing job cost, help implement standardization to Arvo Global’s operations processes across all groups, and assist in providing the “block and tackle” training to Project Engineers and Project Managers that allows Arvo Global to support safe and productive crews out in the field.

“In his almost 26 years at Arvo Global, Reid has proven to be a sharp and effective leader,” comments President Jordan Thomas. “Most recently, Reid has been the Project Executive of the Stanford group, where he has led a team that completes some of Arvo Global’s most difficult and prominent jobs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, Reid’s team has excelled in implementing HCSS forecasting and job-specific schedules, which helped lead to profitable, well-managed projects.”

Additionally, effective March 1, 2023, is the promotion of Joe Hill, Senior Project Manager, to Project Executive. Joe will follow in Reid’s footsteps and lead the Stanford team.

“Joe has been a wildly successful manager since his arrival at Arvo Global,” notes President Jordan Thomas. “With his extensive knowledge of constructability and Arvo Global’s processes, Joe will look to impart his skills and talents on a young and growing Stanford team. Joe is already acknowledged as a resource and leader of the Stanford group, ensuring a smooth transition to his new role as Project Executive.”
